AI Tools and Software Experience Intern

Description

The AI Tools and Software Experience Intern will assist StartupLab in using and testing AI tools, automation platforms, and productivity software to improve internal workflows. You will help create AI-generated content, document AI processes, test AI-assisted systems, explore software solutions, and support teams in adopting new tools.

This internship is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in AI-assisted work, automation, and modern productivity systems. Full training and mentoring will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to assist in creating content, drafts, and documentation
• Test software tools and provide feedback on usability
• Help develop automation workflows for internal tasks
• Document AI processes, prompts, and best practices
• Research new AI platforms and recommend useful tools
• Support training materials for interns learning AI tools
• Assist in setting up templates, scripts, and productivity systems
• Collaborate with different teams to integrate AI into operations

Educational Requirements

• Open to IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, or related fields
• Must be enrolled in an OJT / internship program

Experience Requirements

• Basic experience using AI tools (school or personal)
• Familiarity with productivity or workflow tools is an advantage
• Experience writing prompts or using automation tools is helpful
• No professional experience required
