Assistant project managers provide necessary support for projects within an organization. They assist the supervisor for certain tasks such as research, data capturing and analysis and work closely with different teams in the company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and Support the Project Manager for various task
- Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
- Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Perform research at a supervisor's request.
Educational Requirements
- Currently enrolled in BS Computer Science/BS Computer Engineering/BS Information Technology or any related courses
Experience Requirements
- Proficiency in using Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.) or Microsoft Office Apps
- Eager to learn and work with
- Ability to multitask
- Good Communication skills both written and verbal
- Friendly and approachable
Additional Requirements
- Stable internet connection for WFH set up.
- Computer or laptop with good memory that can run microsoft applications such as word and can handle mobile and systems applications
- Headphones or Earphones for communication purposes
- Webcam
