Description

The Client Support Intern will assist StartupLab in managing client communication, preparing reports, responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination with partnered organizations, students, and project teams. This role is ideal for interns who want experience in customer success, business communication, and service operations.

You will help address client concerns, handle documentation, follow up on requests, and support daily administrative tasks to ensure positive client experience. Full training and mentoring will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries through email, chat, or messaging platforms
  • Assist in onboarding and guiding new clients or partners
  • Document client concerns and escalate issues when needed
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and client updates
  • Follow up with clients regarding pending tasks or submissions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client needs
  • Maintain organized client files and communication logs
  • Support daily client-facing operations
Educational Requirements
  • Open to Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, HRM, Psychology, or related courses
  • Must be enrolled in an internship / OJT program
Experience Requirements
  • Experience in school or personal projects involving communication is an advantage
  • Basic customer service exposure (events, school orgs, etc.)
  • Familiarity with email etiquette or messaging platforms
  • No professional experience required
