The HR / Admin Intern will support StartupLab’s internal operations by assisting in onboarding interns, organizing documents, coordinating schedules, preparing reports, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day administrative processes. You will work closely with the HR and Operations team to ensure proper recording, communication, and documentation of intern-related activities.
This role is ideal for students who are interested in HR management, administrative support, recruitment, and organizational operations. Full training and guidance will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding interns and preparing required documents
- Coordinate schedules, announcements, and communication through email or Discord
- Maintain intern records and update HR files
- Support recruitment activities such as screening basic applicant details
- Prepare reports, attendance logs, and documentation
- Provide administrative support in day-to-day office operations
- Assist in organizing meetings, orientations, and training sessions
- Respond to basic inquiries from interns and applicants
Educational Requirements
- Open to Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, Marketing, or related courses
- Must be enrolled in an OJT / internship program
Experience Requirements
- Experience in school or personal projects involving admin tasks is an advantage
- Basic familiarity with HR or office procedures through classwork
- Experience using Google Docs, Sheets, or similar tools
- Good communication and customer service skills
