Join our team as a Human Resources Specialist Intern and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing job postings.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Help in coordinating HR projects, such as employee surveys or training programs.
- Learn to maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Contribute to employee relations management, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Educational Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with an emphasis on human resources management.
Experience Requirements
- Basic understanding of human resources functions and best practices.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
- Strong interest in learning about the dynamics of HR in a corporate setting.
Additional Requirements
- A stable internet connection and a computer capable of handling HR information systems and tools.
