The IT Services Manager Intern will play a crucial role in supporting our IT department's operations, focusing on the delivery and management of IT services. This position offers the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT service management, project coordination, and team leadership. The intern will learn to ensure that IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting the needs of our organization and aligning with our IT strategy.

  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of IT projects.
  • Learn to manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Support the development and implementation of IT policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives.

Educational Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
  • Familiarity with IT operations, service management, or project management is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components and software development practices.
  • Exposure to IT service management tools and methodologies, such as ITIL, is advantageous.
Additional Requirements
  • A stable internet connection and a computer capable of handling management software and tools.
  • Headphones or earphones, and a webcam for clear audio-visual communication during remote meetings and training sessions.
